Motion Designer, Growth - Remote (AI)

Location: Fully remote from Armenia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Cyprus, Estonia, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Malta, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, the Netherlands, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, or the United Kingdom; able to work CET hours.

What you will do

• Concept, design, and animate video ads and UGC creatives for paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and future channels.
• Develop original creative concepts, hooks, and varied visual styles, from polished motion to native-feeling UGC.
• Produce a steady stream of high-quality ads and variations at the pace required by paid social.
• Collaborate with producers and user acquisition managers to turn briefs into testable ads and scale successful concepts.
• Create and maintain a consistent hirify.global presence across social media.
• Own the motion craft from concept through final cut, using campaign results to iterate and improve creative.

Requirements

• Strong motion design portfolio.
• Hands-on mastery of After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant visual editing tools.
• Strong visual judgment in composition, colour, and easing.
• Understanding of ad structure, including hooks, emotion, calls to action, pacing, and timing that retain attention in the first seconds.
• Ability to create stop-scrolling creative while maintaining hirify.global's brand identity.
• Active use of AI models for image, video, and sound, with the ability to integrate generated media into the workflow.
• Genuine interest in the product and its users.
• Fast, self-directed working style with the ability to ship, learn, and refine independently.
• Excellent English communication skills; C1 or higher preferred.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of ad creatives that performed in real paid campaigns.
• Comfort with vibe-coding, building small tools, or automating workflow steps; no computer science background is required.
• Understanding of different AI models and active awareness of industry developments.
• Ability to develop original hooks and short ad scripts proactively.
• Comfort analyzing ad performance data in Meta Ads Manager.
• Fluency in internet culture and the ability to turn funny, shareable, and trending ideas into creative quickly.
