What you will do

• Generate, direct, and upscale AI video, voice, and image assets for high-converting global ads.
• Scale winning creative angles into variations by adapting hooks, pacing, and visual approaches based on performance insights.
• Assemble and polish final creatives using narrative pacing, dynamic text layouts, typography, and clean compositing.
• Develop ideas for AI-driven ad formats, testing methods, and technical approaches to visual storytelling.
• Track developments in the AI ecosystem and integrate new generative tools into daily production workflows.
• Deliver creatives for Facebook, TikTok, and Google while managing asset timelines independently.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with modern AI generation and dubbing tools such as Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Suno, or ElevenLabs, including prompt engineering and production cleanup of generated assets.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Figma for asset nesting, source-layout work, rapid assembly, and text animation.
• A portfolio demonstrating excellent visual pacing, understanding of digital advertising dynamics, and a strong eye for typography and contrast.
• A performance-marketing mindset and an understanding of how to capture attention in the first three seconds of a video.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing asset delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Open-minded approach to creative feedback and data-driven updates.

Nice to have

• Experience or strong interest in AI assistants and agents, including Claude Artifacts/Skills, GPTs, or custom scripts for automating motion design tasks and asset organization.
• Familiarity with node-based generative tools or advanced AI video environments for building flexible, modular creative workflows.
• A proactive approach to shifting from manual framing toward automated, rapid creative generation.
• Working proficiency in English for communicating with international teammates, sharing assets, receiving feedback, and learning from global technical resources.
