What you will do

• Create motion content across social media platforms with strong storytelling and design principles.
• Design transitions, typography, VFX, and compositing sequences aligned with brand guidelines.
• Provide feedback and mentor fellow motion designers to improve team quality.
• Stay updated on motion design trends and conduct visual research.
• Collaborate with marketing, video producers, and stakeholders to develop creative concepts.
• Analyze creative performance and apply data-informed improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Ukraine
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion fluency and static design fundamentals.
• Experience with Figma.
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, suno.ai.
• Experience with video automation techniques (expressions, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics).
