Senior SAP BW Consultant

Location: Hybrid, Tashkent, Uzbekistan

ACCESA is hiring for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Transformation initiative focused on SAP Business Warehouse and Analytics solutions.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SAP BW and Analytics solutions for business processes and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend components using SAP BW on HANA, SAP BI-IP, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, and related technologies.
• Design data models, reporting solutions, and planning functionalities within the SAP BW ecosystem.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable SAP BW solutions and collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, development teams, and implementation partners.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize data processing workflows and reporting performance.
• Support hybrid SAP landscape integration, agile development, DevOps, continuous delivery, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in SAP BW consulting, development, or related SAP Analytics technologies, ideally at senior level.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP BW on HANA and the SAP Business Intelligence ecosystem.
• Experience with SAP BI-IP, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP Datasphere, with relevant expertise across these technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing SAP BW data models, reporting solutions, and analytics applications.
• Experience developing or maintaining backend and frontend components in SAP BW and Analytics environments, including SAP data integration, data processing, and reporting architectures.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience in engineering or technology roles, ideally within agile product environments; familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery processes.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including effective work with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams; a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach.
• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Very good English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA implementations, migrations, or transformation projects.
• Experience working with SAP Datasphere in hybrid SAP landscapes.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud planning and advanced reporting functionalities.
• Experience integrating SAP BW with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of automation and modern data integration approaches within SAP environments.
• Experience working in large-scale SAP transformation projects or international ERP environments.
• German language skills.
