Logistics Planner - Fliteboard EMEA (Marine)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands, with regular travel between the Flite EMEA office in Amsterdam and the hirify.global warehouse partner in Verviers, Belgium. Hybrid work is available from home up to 2 days per week.

Salary: €55,000–€67,000 per year, payable in 12.96 instalments, plus an 8% target bonus.

What you will do

• Plan inbound containers and product transfers, pre-advise the warehouse, and manage import customs clearance with the customs broker.
• Own online inventory accuracy through daily warehouse reconciliation, stock adjustments, quarantine and release instructions, and new item setup.
• Plan and prioritise customer, dealer, and internal orders, releasing them to the warehouse before the daily cut-off.
• Ensure orders are complete with commercial invoices, export declarations, certificates of origin, and battery or dangerous-goods documentation.
• Resolve post-dispatch delivery issues, coordinate returns, and keep customer care, service, sales, and finance informed.
• Lead weekly operational reviews with the 3PL partner and improve logistics processes, documentation, reporting, service levels, and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics planning, import/export, or inventory control, ideally with a 3PL or a remotely managed warehouse partner.
• Hands-on experience with import customs clearance and export documentation across EMEA.
• Strong skills with WMS, CRM, Shopify, Salesforce, and advanced Excel.
• High attention to detail and a structured, proactive approach to problem solving.
• Clear, professional communication in English and French; French is required for daily coordination with the Verviers warehouse.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with Belgian colleagues, internal teams, and external partners.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly between Amsterdam and Verviers.

Nice to have

• Experience with lithium battery and dangerous-goods transport, including IATA or ADR.
• Experience in intercompany or multi-entity supply chains.
• Experience with marine, EV, powersports, action-sports, foiling, surfing, kiting, wing, or other water-sports products.
