Global HR-IT Solution Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Own global HR IT services for the electronic personnel archive, digital HR inbox and payslips.
• Act as the primary ITSM owner for global HR IT services, including service-level governance.
• Configure and maintain the BMC ITSM tool and AUSeP Service Catalog.
• Operate services according to ITSM standards covering Incident, Change and Demand Management.
• Coordinate demand, external providers, costs, quality and stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and cross-divisional projects.
• Conduct regular service reviews and improve service quality, innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in IT service and project management.
• Experience managing external providers.
• Strong communication, moderation and negotiation skills.
• Independent, structured, results-oriented and customer-oriented working style.
• Fluent English.
