Senior Staffing Partner

What you will do

• Develop rolling 90/180-day staffing forecasts using demand pipelines, project roll-offs, fulfillment ratios, and capacity requirements.
• Align supply and demand across skill clusters, bands, locations, accounts, and regions with Delivery, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and market leaders.
• Manage hiring, contingent workforce, rotations, global mobility, and upskilling channels to meet current and future talent needs.
• Optimize bench inventory, redeployment, cross-skilling, utilization, billable headcount, and organizational leverage mix.
• Ensure data accuracy, assignment and billing alignment, staffing SLA adherence, and mitigation of revenue leakage risks.
• Present dashboards with predictive trends, variance analysis, and corrective actions while supporting adoption of AI tools and new systems.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Analytics, or Supply Chain Staffing within a large IT, Technology, or Services organization.
• Advanced expertise in resource forecasting models, staffing analytics, utilization, billability structures, data governance, and process hygiene.
• Experience with enterprise-level workforce planning systems and staffing analytics frameworks is essential.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication across Sales, Delivery, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and People teams.
• Ability to create stakeholder buy-in, navigate complex and ambiguous environments, and make clear decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for driving multiple regional and account-level staffing initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in cross-regional collaboration and alignment between sales and supply functions.
• Self-driven and self-motivated approach.
• Advanced expertise with Excel and Google Sheets.
