Head of Regional Implementation (Automotive Technology)

Location: Munich, Germany; travel across the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria) as required.

What you will do

• Lead Professional Services operations across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
• Oversee implementation, onboarding, consulting, integration, and customer success activities for hirify.global solutions.
• Build and develop regional teams of consultants, project managers, and implementation specialists.
• Ensure enterprise projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support to align customer outcomes with business objectives.
• Drive services revenue growth, utilization, forecasting, operational performance, executive customer relationships, account planning, renewals, expansions, risk management, and standardized delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, SaaS, Automotive Technology, or Enterprise Software environments.
• Experience managing regional or multi-country service delivery teams.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including enterprise-scale implementations.
• Experience managing P&L responsibilities, utilization, forecasting, and services revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience working in matrixed global organizations.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, insurance, fleet, mobility, or vehicle lifecycle management industries.
• Familiarity with SaaS delivery models, system integrations, and enterprise software deployment methodologies.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Additional European languages.
