Re7 Capital is an institutional DeFi investment firm. This role supports the firm's positioning with institutional allocators and the wider market, offering broad exposure to investor relations and marketing across Re7 Capital and Re7 Labs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain targeted investor and partner lists; keep CRM and data room updated
- Maintain fund performance, AUM and factsheets across hedge fund databases
- Support preparation of DDQs and maintain a library of standard responses
- Manage media relations: build relationships with crypto, financial and fund industry media; log coverage and appearances
- Track speaking opportunities, podcasts and award submissions; keep a rolling calendar and website up to date
- Plan and schedule social media posts across X, LinkedIn and Telegram and track performance
- Create branded visuals in Canva, lay out research/marketing materials, support newsletters/press releases and coordinate event logistics
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a finance-related role (investment management, real estate, private markets, fintech or crypto)
- Genuine interest in DeFi and digital asset markets
- Excellent written English
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Canva and Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, including prompt design and building simple workflows or automations (e.g. Claude or no-code tools)
- Able to work closely to a brief and handle confidential information with discretion
