Freelance AI Trainer (Remote)

Location: Remote; currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in their country of residence.

Salary: Up to USD $15 per hour for project work, with additional incentives averaging 7.5%; rates vary by expertise, assessment, location, and project needs.

What you will do

• Hold scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate their naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos against prompts or source content, evaluating adherence, quality, realism, and visible artifacts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distorted anatomy, flickering, unnatural motion, text errors, pronunciation issues, and audio-video mismatches.
• Label first-person videos by splitting clips into individual actions and correcting AI-generated captions.
• Write specific, evidence-based explanations in English and record short voice explanations when required.

Requirements

• Fluent English, with strong written communication and comfort with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience when reviewing, replaying, or zooming in on media outputs.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Valid ID and a mobile phone from your country of residence.
• Up-to-date resume highlighting relevant expertise and a LinkedIn profile showing education and work experience.
• Authorization to work in your country of residence.

Nice to have

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• PhD-level expertise may qualify for higher rates.
