AI Trainer (Students & Graduates Welcome)

Location: Remote; currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence.

Payment: Up to USD $15 per hour for project work, plus average additional Missions incentives of 7.5%.

What you will do

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate their naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated image and video outputs against prompts or source media, evaluating adherence, quality, realism, and visible artifacts.
• Inspect outputs closely by zooming in and replaying content to identify distorted anatomy, flickering, unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Label first-person videos of people or robots performing hands-on tasks by splitting clips into actions and correcting AI-generated captions.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation, and similarity to a target voice; some tasks include recording a short voice explanation.
• Write specific, evidence-based explanations in English and make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Requirements

• Fluent English speaking ability, including clear written communication and comfort with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to inspect, listen to, replay, and zoom in on outputs.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally and conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both available options have flaws.
• Valid ID and a mobile phone from the country of residence.
• An up-to-date resume highlighting relevant expertise and a LinkedIn profile showing educational background and work experience.
• Authorization to work in the country of residence.

Nice to have

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Higher-level expertise such as a PhD may qualify for higher rates.
