Quality Assurance Manager (Naval Systems)

Location: hirify.global, Norway or Bremen, Germany. Candidates must be eligible for Norwegian or German security clearance.

hirify.global develops naval systems, including the ORCCA combat systems product family for submarines.

What you will do

• Develop and improve the quality system to meet government, customer, and internal requirements.
• Act as a company resource for process improvement and plan quality-related project activities.
• Plan, perform, and lead internal and external quality reviews and audits.
• Plan and deliver internal process training.
• Support projects with quality topics and follow up suppliers from a quality perspective.
• Perform root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Ability to see the big picture from both a project and company perspective.
• Interest, knowledge, or experience in quality management.
• Interest in working with improvements and processes.
• Knowledge of quality tools, processes, and quality standards.
• Knowledge or experience in root cause analysis.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
• Good cooperation and communication skills.
• Self-driven, analytical, proactive, and positive mindset with an ability to enjoy challenges.
• Eligibility for Norwegian or German security clearance.

• A degree in a technical discipline.
