Undergrad Intern – R&D Knowledge Management (Summer 2027)

Location: United States - Remote; must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship.

Base pay: $28.87 per hour.

hirify.global is a biotechnology company developing and delivering medicines for serious illnesses across oncology, inflammation, general medicine, and rare disease.

What you will do

• Support knowledge management across hirify.global’s R&D ecosystem, helping more than 10,000 scientists and clinicians find trusted information.
• Co-design, prototype, and test AI assistants, including roleplay simulators, digital coaches, and recommendation engines.
• Build knowledge foundations and infrastructure for information discovery and AI experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve knowledge management tools and interfaces.
• Create stories, multimedia, and knowledge assets with AI tools, and support knowledge-sharing and adoption initiatives.
• Partner with R&D, digital, learning, and other stakeholders to define goals, success measures, deliverables, and recommendations, then present project results.

Requirements

• At least one year of study completed at an accredited college or university before the internship begins.
• Continued enrollment at an accredited college or university after the internship.
• Located in the United States for the full internship program.
• Available to work full-time.
• 18 years or older.
• Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program.

• Organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI, including prompt engineering and generative AI concepts; coding experience is not required.
• Comfort using digital tools and working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong research and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly.
