Recruiter (Healthcare IT)

Location: Mexico; the role will recruit from Mexico and includes occasional travel up to 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Implement recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers, Human Resources, and Sales to align hiring strategies with business needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience in partnership with the Marketing Team.
• Maintain accurate ATS and CRM data, use recruitment metrics, and improve hiring processes and workflows.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, market intelligence activities, and assigned corporate projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Deep understanding of talent market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Expertise with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn or similar, and other recruitment tools.
• Strong attention to detail when monitoring recruitment and selection tasks across multiple process stages.
• Experience in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive, data-driven, adaptable, and continuously learning mindset.
• Ability to balance urgent short-term needs with strategic long-term priorities and embody hirify.global’s maxims.

Nice to have

• Healthcare IT or healthcare industry recruiting experience.
• Post-secondary education, or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
