Safety and Environment Section Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Clarksville, TN, United States; onsite at the HA Factory.

Salary: $67,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, workplace inspections, and safety improvement activities across manufacturing and office areas.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable state, federal, and local regulations, and implement updates resulting from regulatory changes.
• Coordinate fire drills, evacuation exercises, emergency preparedness, and fire protection systems, including alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and suppression equipment.
• Develop and deliver safety and fire prevention training for employees, supervisors, and contractors while maintaining certification and training records.
• Lead investigations of accidents, injuries, near misses, and fire-related incidents; perform root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, track metrics, and report performance to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Fire Protection, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with OSHA compliance, incident investigations, risk assessments, and emergency response programs.
