Director of Blueprint Technical Activation (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; includes an immersive, in-person onboarding experience.

Annual base salary: $232,000–$290,000 USD for candidates in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington; $207,000–$259,000 USD for the stated position range. Actual base salary depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. Equity, bonus, and benefits are also offered where applicable.

What you will do

• Work with O4AA customers and technical teams to identify integration challenges blocking deployment, adoption, security, or scale, and maintain a prioritized integration backlog.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex integration challenges and design, build, review, and troubleshoot integrations.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, code, configurations, and technical patterns with customer architects, engineers, FDEs, and Professional Services.
• Translate recurring customer requirements into product roadmap proposals and supported Okta capabilities in partnership with Product and ORD Integrations.
• Develop and validate joint architectures with strategic technology partners across cloud, business applications, security, and AI platforms.
• Enable partner engineering teams, FDEs, Professional Services, and field teams to deploy repeatable solutions and provide technical proof for customer stories, demos, and partner launches.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, integration engineering, partner engineering, field engineering, or technical leadership across enterprise security, identity, cloud, or SaaS.
• Experience leading complex technical programs across customers, engineering, product, and technology partners.
• Hands-on technical depth with the ability to design, build, review, and troubleshoot integrations.
• Deep understanding of identity and security.
