Senior Partner Solutions Architect (Identity Security)

Salary: $192,000–$264,000 per year

What you will do

• Help strategic partners define and evolve Identity Security practices and create repeatable consulting and managed-service offerings.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, service designs, implementation blueprints, deployment patterns, design guides, and technical accelerators.
• Provide architectural guidance across PAM, IGA, machine identity, secrets management, cloud identity, and AI identity.
• Connect partner go-to-market and commercial objectives with the technical architecture, resources, and capabilities needed to deliver them.
• Collaborate with Alliance Managers, Partner Directors, GTM leaders, Product Management, and Engineering to shape partner solutions and identify product or architecture gaps.
• Support lighthouse and strategic customer engagements where technical validation can establish a repeatable market motion.

Requirements

• 5+ years in senior technical, architecture, or consulting roles within cybersecurity or identity.
• Strong expertise in PAM and broader Identity Security, with practical knowledge of IGA, machine identity, secrets management, and cloud identity.
• Strong enterprise and cloud architecture background across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience engaging senior technical stakeholders, including architects and Product and Engineering leaders.
• Proven experience shaping reusable architectures, joint solutions, managed services, or partner offerings.
• Ability to connect technical architecture to business value, partner strategy, and monetization.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Technical and architectural gravitas, strategic solution development, executive communication, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate GTM strategy into technical requirements.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts, maintain a partner-first mindset, collaborate cross-functionally, and operate across business and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with an Identity Security vendor such as hirify.global, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft.
• Experience working with or within GSIs, MSPs, or large consulting organizations.
• Experience designing managed security services.
• Experience creating technical reference architectures or service blueprints adopted at scale.
• Experience influencing product direction through customer or partner engagement.
• Experience with Agentic AI and AI Security.
