NetSuite Implementation Consultant (NetSuite)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office, with in-person collaboration based on client, team, development, or relationship-building needs.

Compensation Range: $93,000–$170,100 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead ERP implementations and changes to existing financial systems, including NetSuite and other accounting platforms.
• Determine business and technical requirements, provide software selection services, and facilitate best-fit recommendations.
• Establish and maintain data integrity procedures, processes, and policies.
• Analyze manual accounting procedures and recommend systematic automation and process improvements.
• Coordinate with client lead users and engineering teams to test and implement new or modified programs.
• Troubleshoot data, clean up systems, and train end users on financial system features and applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, or another financial, accounting, or ERP application.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work as a team player and interact effectively with staff at all levels of the firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio.

Nice to have

• BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, MIS, or Information Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel.
• Prior accounting experience and knowledge of GAAP.
