Strong Middle Business Analyst (Software)

What you will do

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process descriptions.
• Support presales activities, including RFP/RFQ analysis, scope clarification, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and project estimation.
• Facilitate Discovery phases and structure solution scope, priorities, backlog refinement, release planning, and UAT activities.
• Manage requirements traceability, change management, and proactive identification of gaps, inconsistencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering, QA, design, product, and project management teams while maintaining documentation in Jira, Confluence, and other project tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Strong requirements engineering skills and experience with stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Ability to structure ambiguous or incomplete requirements and define scope, assumptions, dependencies, and risks.
• Experience with user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, BPMN/UML, and process modeling.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and basic system architecture concepts.
• Experience participating in Discovery and/or presales activities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, independent ownership of BA activities, and Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive communication, attention to detail, structured and analytical thinking, prioritization in dynamic environments, and a team-oriented approach.

• Experience with complex enterprise, integration-heavy, or regulated projects.
• Experience with RFP/RFQ preparation, business-process improvement, and workflow automation.
• Experience with API/interface specifications, backlog and release governance, and KPIs, reporting, or data-related requirements.
