Enterprise Field Engineer (Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Act as a technical liaison for Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical clients, aligning solutions, integration architectures, and technical roadmaps for enterprise adoption of hirify.global Data Fusion®.
• Educate clients, lead technical briefings and workshops, and create client-focused demos, reference architectures, and solution accelerators.
• Design scalable industrial data and integration solutions across MES, LIMS, Historians, DCS, SCADA, and enterprise systems.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements and ensure integrated solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with product strategy.
• Support account management, sales, field engineering, and partner teams with technical account strategy, solution architecture, use-case development, and escalations.
• Develop best practices and frameworks, mentor Field Engineers, and share market and client insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, field engineering, or technical presales/postsales roles, ideally in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or industrial software.
• Deep expertise in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences manufacturing, including pharma-specific processes and regulations such as batch manufacturing, ISA-88, GxP compliance, GMP, GLP, Computer System Validation, Computer Software Assurance, and CFR 21 Part 11.
• Hands-on Python experience and good hands-on expertise with software development best practices.
• Strong client-facing skills and experience building trusted relationships with technology partners, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders to co-create solutions and drive joint opportunities.
• Expertise in industrial data, OT/IT convergence, and life sciences data integration patterns, including scalable architectures connecting MES, LIMS, Historians, DCS, or SCADA to enterprise systems.
• Good understanding of data platforms, APIs, integration methods, data pipelines, storage, security, and governance in cloud and hybrid environments.

Nice to have

• Education or practical experience relevant to Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals, such as Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Process Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience with major global pharmaceutical enterprise accounts or tier-one life sciences manufacturers.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and GCP services and architectures.
• Experience leading technical validations and solution accelerators for complex integrated solutions.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams to provide field feedback and align solutions with customer and partner needs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for executives, partners, and technical teams.
