Senior Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript/Node.js/React)

Location: Hybrid in Gdańsk, Poland, with regular in-studio collaboration in Wrzeszcz.

Salary: 169–190 PLN/hour + VAT on B2B or 20,750–23,240 PLN gross per month on UoP.

What you will do

• Build and evolve a passwordless authentication platform used by millions of users worldwide.
• Develop across the full stack using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Take ownership of technical solutions and influence how products are built.
• Use AI tools to support coding, testing, documentation, and team collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers and meet regularly in the studio.

Requirements

• At least 6–8 years of experience building digital products as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript, with hands-on experience using Node.js and React.
• Confidence working across the stack and taking ownership of solutions.
• Experience using AI tools for coding, testing, documentation, and team collaboration.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Good knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, and modern web communication patterns.
• Experience with testing approaches and tools across frontend and backend.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
