Production Support Co-op (Winter 2027), Enterprise Technology & Business Management (AI)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid work arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay, 19th Floor, and the remaining days remote.

What you will do

• Deliver complex, enterprise-scale mobile projects involving multiple back-end systems.
• Support the Intelligent Process Automation Center of Excellence and contribute to hirify.global’s digital transformation.
• Collaborate with the Intelligent Automations team to achieve shared goals.
• Promote cooperation and effective working relationships among team members.
• Use AI tools and solutions to enhance efficiency, support decision-making, and drive innovation in team projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies. Enrollment in a registered Co-op program is not required.
• Ability to organize and analyze large datasets using analytical tools such as Excel.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts and the ability to draw insights and conclusions from data.
• Ability to translate technical analysis into presentations understandable to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to map current-state and future-state processes and explain process flows to team members.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities to meet business timelines.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence and its practical uses in process automation.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, communication, initiative, organization, and process improvement skills.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, holding a valid work or study permit.

Hiring process

• The process may include an attribute-based assessment and skills tests such as simulation, coding, French proficiency, or Microsoft Office.
