Senior Analyst, Corporate Security - Insider Risk

Location: Chicago, IL; normal office environment; no travel required. Legal eligibility to work at the specified location and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit are required.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Eligibility for incentive compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Contribute to planning and process initiatives supporting business segments, channels, and products in managing systemic and emerging business risks.
• Gather and analyze data, review processes, perform gap analyses, and develop business reports for senior executives, the audit committee, and the risk advisory committee.
• Track corporate security reports and prepare detailed analyses that synthesize key insights and conclusions for decision making.
• Use professional analytical and communication skills to identify emerging intelligence needs and gather relevant information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of related experience.
• Well-developed judgment and problem-solving skills to interpret and analyze voluminous, highly complex information.
• Ability to exercise appropriate discretion when handling sensitive issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to read and understand laws, regulations, and common law applicable to the subject matter.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Analytical thinking, business collaboration, decision making, compliance, process reviews, report writing, and risk management and mitigation skills.
