Senior Compliance Analyst - Marketplace Compliance

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Continental United States

Salary: $70,100.00–$126,200.00 per year

What you will do

• Maintain the compliance program by interpreting regulations, reviewing requirements, and developing policies, procedures, work instructions, and position statements.
• Manage compliance reporting, respond to regulatory agency inquiries and information requests, and maintain required regulatory documentation.
• Lead ethics, compliance, and implementation projects, including coordinating Compliance Committee policy execution.
• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, monitoring activities, and investigations into compliance issues.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and support code of conduct attestation and remediation.
• Support health plans in regulatory agency relationships, policy issue resolution, and interim health plan compliance officer responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related legal field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of related experience in compliance privacy and/or regulatory affairs.
• Project management experience and working knowledge of applicable compliance laws and regulations, particularly HIPAA and state regulations.
• Ability to communicate state and federal requirements to internal and external clients and serve as a company-wide compliance resource.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or Juris Doctorate degree, which may be considered in lieu of experience.
