Innovation Accelerator Principal Product Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America. Relocation benefits are not available for this posting.

Salary: $135,700–$251,900 annually, with a discretionary annual bonus potentially available based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Lead the concept, prototyping, development, scaling, launch, and value delivery of digital, agentic AI, and data-driven products supporting clinical development and drug development decisions.
• Define product vision, strategy, objectives, and KPIs based on functional goals and internal and external trends.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features and coordinating sprint execution.
• Translate user needs and business challenges into product requirements and align engineering, UX, data science, scientific, and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, constraints, dependencies, and resource needs across initiatives and contribute to mitigation planning.
• Communicate product status, value, and risks to stakeholders and provide product input to governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of professional product management experience, including direct responsibility for product development across multiple lifecycle phases; alternatively, an advanced degree and at least 6 years of such experience.
• Specialized depth or breadth in product development, with knowledge of product operations and cross-functional collaboration in life sciences or technology.
• At least 4 years of experience in at least two of the following: healthcare, ideally biotechnology or similar sectors; digital or SaaS products supporting analysis and decision-making; products for scientific or quantitative users; or development and deployment of agentic AI solutions with measurable impact.
• Working knowledge of agile methods, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Proven ability to lead product workstreams or sub-streams in complex, cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to propose and implement product solutions for unique business challenges.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data science concepts or early-phase R&D product development.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives under moderate complexity and resource constraints.
• Experience leading the development and deployment of agentic AI solutions into business teams, especially for scientific or clinical stakeholders.
