Trainee/Junior Test Engineer

What you will do

• Implement and execute tests at all planned levels, evaluate results, and document deviations from expected outcomes.
• Use test administration, monitoring, and management tools.
• Participate in setting up test environments and prepare or acquire test data.
• Contribute to test documentation, including clear test cases and bug reports.
• Collaborate closely with the customer and project professionals.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, common sense, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
• Understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
• Ability to write clear test cases and bug reports.
• Basic understanding of web applications and client-server architecture.
• Intermediate English or higher.
