SAP Integrations Specialist (SAP BTP)

Location: Hybrid, CPO - Copenhagen Office, Denmark; some travel days are expected.

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the SAP RISE integration landscape to ensure high availability, stability, and performance.
• Lead global migration tracks from legacy SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP Integration Suite on SAP BTP with minimal business disruption.
• Advise solution architects, functional teams, and external suppliers on integration standards, reusable enterprise patterns, modular cloud architectures, and standard SAP APIs and packages.
• Review iFlows and Solution Design Documents, conduct technical gate reviews, and enforce quality standards for exception handling, modularity, mappings, Groovy efficiency, and BTP resource usage.
• Own production deployment and transport rights while enforcing zero-disruption governance, secure credential handling, naming conventions, and enterprise security standards.
• Govern integrations across HTTP/REST, SOAP, IDOC, JDBC, SFTP/File, OData, and SAP Graph, connecting SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, non-SAP systems, and third-party cloud services.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of enterprise integration experience.
• Deep expertise in SAP Integration Suite, SAP API Management, SAP BTP, and legacy SAP PI/PO.
• Knowledge of IDOC, ALE, BAPI, RFC, SOAP, and REST standards.
• Experience leading the migration of on-premise interfaces to the cloud and governing SAP RISE integration environments.
• Ability to take technical ownership, guide distributed teams, review architectural requirements, and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Fluent English is essential for collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Willingness to act as a local technical anchor in Copenhagen and travel when required.
