Technical Solution Architect (Dynamics 365FO)

Location: Brønshøj, Denmark; primarily onsite.

What you will do

• Own the technical architecture and development standards for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform, including ISVs, integrations, and connected solutions.
• Lead improvements to CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, environment strategy, and environment management.
• Shape the ERP AI direction and enable AI-driven solutions using AI agents, APIs, and Model Context Protocol servers across D365FO and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Promote new platform capabilities while maintaining technical documentation and a secure, compliant, future-proof ERP architecture.
• Perform technical architecture work in a regulated D365FO environment subject to SOX and GxP compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent academic degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a senior Dynamics 365FO developer, with deep expertise in D365FO architecture and development and experience leading development activities in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, security, and Microsoft platform capabilities, with a proactive approach to keeping current with D365FO, Microsoft technologies, and emerging AI innovations.
• Strong interest in and practical understanding of modern AI technologies and their integration into enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with D365, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Lifecycle Services, and Power Platform Admin Center for building and governing compliant workflows, integrations, and cloud solutions with data integrity controls.
• Experience with data warehousing and enterprise data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Link for Dataverse, or similar technologies.

Nice to have

• AI integration experience in enterprise applications or ERP environments.
• Experience with AI agents, agentic architectures, Model Context Protocol, or similar approaches for connecting AI models with enterprise systems and tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI technologies, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or related Microsoft AI services.
