Annual base pay: $95,200.00–$142,800.00

What you will do

• Design and implement manufacturing test plans and validation procedures for new hardware products.
• Train and certify contract manufacturer personnel on test standards, equipment operation, and troubleshooting.
• Act as the primary contact for contract manufacturer test issues and drive resolution of recurring problems.
• Manage complex assignments independently and use sound judgment to determine effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers, engineering, quality assurance, and related functions.
• Identify, document, and lead improvements to manufacturing test engineering processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering, preferably in a high-tech hardware environment.
• Strong understanding of test development, validation, and automation for electronic hardware.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and global supply chain partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication and training skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
