Workday Integrations Specialist (Workday)

Location: Kraków, Poland. Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office; 2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old.

What you will do

• Design Workday integration solutions across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll modules.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable integrations and conduct impact assessments for releases, enhancements, and regulatory changes.
• Design, develop, and support inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, BIRT reporting, XML, and XSLT.
• Manage the full integration lifecycle from requirements and mapping through build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, optimize performance, oversee vendor integrations, and implement secure authentication using SFTP, OAuth, certificates, and API security.
• Own governance frameworks for access, role rationalization, and audit readiness while following the SDLC framework for enhancements and projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Workday experience in HCM integrations, including Studio, EIB, and APIs.
• Experience supporting or leading full-lifecycle Workday implementations or major tenant refreshes.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices.
