Oracle Data Migration Consultant (Oracle Retail)

Location: Hybrid in Porto, 2 days per week. Candidates must already be based in Portugal and have Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Deliver data migration and data conversion projects.
• Work with Oracle Retail Cloud, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Create data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation documents.
• Apply data migration methodologies, governance, and best practices.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate clearly with business and technical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data migration and data conversion projects.
• Experience with Oracle Retail Cloud, strong SQL skills, and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of data migration methodologies, governance, and best practices.
• Experience creating data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation documents.
• Stakeholder management experience and clear communication with business and technical teams.
• Fluency in English at B2 level.
• Availability for hybrid work in Porto 2 days per week.
• Already based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Retail SaaS implementations.
• Knowledge of retail processes including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.
