Senior Trading Systems Engineer
📍 Singapore | Full-time, onsite
💰 USD 200,000–300,000 base per year + discretionary bonus

We’re hiring a senior engineer for an international proprietary trading firm in Singapore.

You’ll build and optimise core low-latency trading infrastructure, work directly with traders and quants, and own systems from design through production performance and reliability.

What you’ll work on:

— Market data and exchange connectivity
— Order management and execution
— Pricing, risk, and backtesting/simulation
— Performance optimisation, profiling, and debugging

What we’re looking for:

— 5+ years of software engineering experience in TradFi HFT, proprietary trading, or market making
— Strong production experience with C or C++; Rust is a plus
— Experience within prop trading, market-making, or buy-side firms; a background solely in banks or brokers does not meet this requirement
— Hands-on experience across several trading system components, such as feed handlers, connectivity, execution, order management, pricing, risk, smart order routing, or simulation
— Experience with Equities, Options, Futures, or FX
— Continued hands-on coding and end-to-end ownership of production systems

Priority will be given to candidates already based in Singapore. Candidates open to relocating are also welcome.
