Senior Designer, Multidisciplinary (3D)

Location: Remote - GMR

Salary: $68,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Shape multi-sensory experiences through digital art, motion graphics, 3D, and experiential design across screens, spaces, and realities.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and technical specialists to develop and refine creative concepts.
• Concept, present, and execute ideas from initial sketches through final production, leading teams or working independently.
• Create work for interactive experiences, motion, social, digital signage, in-stadium LEDs, games, and other channels.
• Present creative work clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Track trends, learn new tools, and pursue emerging creative approaches.

Requirements

• Previous proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• 3D design expertise, including modeling, lighting, and animation; Cinema 4D is preferred.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines, communicate ideas clearly, maintain high quality standards, and work independently when needed.
• A portfolio or work samples is required for consideration.

• Agency experience.
• Experience with Cinema 4D.
