What you will do

• Create high-quality compositing work integrating CG elements, live-action footage, and visual effects into photoreal imagery.
• Apply colour correction, tracking, keying, roto, paint, matte work, and multi-pass compositing techniques.
• Use Nuke to create and deliver shots according to project requirements and artistic direction.
• Own assigned shots, identify and resolve technical or creative challenges, and iterate based on reviews and feedback.
• Collaborate with 2D and VFX Supervisors and with lighting, modelling, and texturing teams to ensure cohesive asset integration and consistent visual aesthetics.
• Maintain organised file structures and naming conventions while meeting project deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven industry experience as a Compositor on high-end film, episodic, or commercial projects.
• Extensive proficiency in Nuke.
• Understanding of 3D software such as Maya or Houdini, with experience integrating complex 3D elements into compositing.
• Demonstrated experience with advanced compositing techniques, including green screen keying, motion tracking, and intricate matte painting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong understanding of colour, lighting, and composition, with a consistent record of delivering high-quality visual results.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• A reel and industry experience are essential.

• A degree in Animation, VFX, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
