Golang Team Lead (Telecom)

What you will do

• Lead development of SIM lifecycle management platforms and own the technical knowledge of platforms performing Over-the-Air provisioning on SIMs.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into technical requirements and actionable development tasks.
• Design and document scalable solutions while assessing impact, effort, and required resources.
• Manage timelines, prioritize work, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive coding standards, code reviews, system architecture, engineering maturity, and customer-centric technical decisions.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, mentor engineers, support career development, participate in recruitment, and maintain team engagement and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven technical leadership and people management experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, business orientation, and the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term vision.
• Experience developing and operating scalable, distributed systems with full software lifecycle ownership and a commitment to quality and testing.
• Proficiency in Go or similar programming languages.
• Strong experience with software architecture and microservices, RESTful APIs, performance best practices, concurrency, and asynchronous workflows.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, including PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of networking principles and security.
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar, plus DevOps tools including Docker, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Fluency in English is essential; the CV must be submitted in English.
