Head of Identity and Access Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: Solna, Göteborg, Jönköping, Linköping, Malmö or Stockholm, Sweden; alternative locations may be possible. Some travel is required to meet teams and business stakeholders.

What you will do

• Lead, develop and engage employees and leaders across the Identity and Access Management area.
• Define and drive the IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Strengthen identity governance, authentication, authorization, access management and identity lifecycle capabilities.
• Support Zero Trust adoption and identity-centric security across hirify.global.
• Drive automation, simplification and modernization of identity processes and operating models.
• Enable secure access across cloud and enterprise platforms while building relationships with stakeholders, vendors and partners.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership, talent development, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management or related security domains.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, authentication, authorization and access management.
• Experience implementing or evolving modern IAM platforms and operating models.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and identity-centric security models.
• Experience driving identity transformation, automation or modernization initiatives.
• Understanding of cloud-based identity services and hybrid identity environments.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to pass security vetting under applicable security-protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
