Trading Operations Specialist (Crypto)

Location: Remote; shift-based work aligned with global market hours. On-call availability for critical incidents may be required.

What you will do

• Monitor trading platforms, uptime, execution quality, trade flow, pricing, market openings and closings, and instrument configurations.
• Monitor liquidity feeds, spreads, market depth, latency, markouts, and slippage; coordinate with liquidity providers on pricing and execution issues.
• Monitor client positions, exposure, and risk; support hedging and risk mitigation actions.
• Handle trade adjustments, corrections, dispute investigations, trade records, and reconciliation.
• Respond to trading incidents, investigate outages and abnormal market behavior, and coordinate resolution with technical teams and external providers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in trading operations, a dealing desk, or a brokerage environment.
• Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets.
• Familiarity with trading platforms.
• Python scripting skills for writing and maintaining automation scripts for monitoring, data extraction, reconciliation, and routine operational tasks.
• SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions, for investigating and reporting on trading and client data and detecting anomalies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
