Global Technology Manager (Board & Paper Field Services)

Location: Jyväskylä, Finland; preferably based in Jyväskylä, Tikkurila or Raisio, Finland, with other major hirify.global locations considered.

hirify.global provides process technologies, services, automation and flow control solutions for industries including board and paper production.

What you will do

• Manage Resource Efficiency and Analyses products within the Spare Parts and Field Services Technology Unit.
• Develop competitive product offerings and participate actively in R&D.
• Support global solution creation for sales and set global price guidelines.
• Manage and compile reference case stories.
• Drive new product launches together with Services Marketing.
• Train global sales teams and other hirify.global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related science is required.
• Good understanding of and experience in board and papermaking processes.
• Business-minded approach and understanding of value chains.
• Strong project management skills.
• Innovative mindset for solving challenges and creating new technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 50 days per year.
