Senior IT Systems Administrator (AI)

Location: Remote from Lithuania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, or Romania

What you will do

• Shape the corporate IT infrastructure roadmap and develop policies and repeatable processes for identity management, device security, application access, and IT support.
• Administer and automate Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Slack, the Atlassian Suite, and related SaaS/IaaS platforms.
• Build workflows and integrations with n8n, Python, JavaScript, AI tooling, and native automation to improve user lifecycle management and eliminate manual work.
• Administer business AI tools, including SSO/SCIM provisioning, usage and spend management, access controls, limits, and connector permissions.
• Maintain security, endpoint configuration, office networking, performance, and compliance; support Jira Service Management as a senior escalation point.
• Partner with Security, HR, Engineering, and other departments to deliver technology solutions, documentation, and improved support workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a cloud-first environment.
• Experience managing Google Workspace and Jamf for Apple device management.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and execute high-level goals without constant supervision.
• Proficiency administering Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, including business-focused workflows and automations.
• Understanding of IT security principles, networking fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure, especially AWS basics.
• Hands-on Identity and Access Management experience, including administration of an identity provider such as Okta.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python or JavaScript, plus experience building workflows in n8n or a similar tool such as Zapier, Workato, or Kestra.
• Practical office networking experience with firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and monitoring tools such as Datadog.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as Okta Certified Professional, Jamf Certified Admin, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Fortinet NSE.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a DevOps culture.
• Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Experience with FortiGate or Ruckus, or advanced Datadog usage including custom monitors, SNMP/syslog ingestion, and PagerDuty or Slack integrations.
