Senior Environment Artist (3D)

Location: Hybrid or remote in the United Kingdom, with a preference for 1 day per week onsite in Guildford.

Media Molecule is a Guildford-based game developer within hirify.global's PlayStation Studios group, known for LittleBigPlanet, Tearaway, and Dreams.

What you will do

• Bring game levels to a high visual quality while working with the Art Director and the wider art team.
• Model and refine existing stylised environments and architecture in Blender.
• Use PBR workflows and in-house plugins and tools.
• Maintain consistency in the quality and visual style of existing content.
• Collaborate closely with artists and teams through clear written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Affinity for stylised natural environments and architecture.
• Strong Blender modelling skills and experience using PBR workflows.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand in-house plugins and tools.
• Confidence working on existing content while maintaining its established quality and style.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience shipping 3D games.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping an AAA title.
• Experience with multiple game engines.
• Experience developing for PlayStation 5.
