hirify.global is a new AAA game studio building a best-in-class game in Leamington Spa.

What you will do

• Create a cohesive and immersive game world that meets the project's creative and technical requirements.
• Build 3D models and textures for environmental assets, including buildings, terrain, vegetation, and props.
• Maintain visual consistency with the established art style and technical guidelines.
• Collaborate with level design, lighting, technical art, and engineering to integrate and optimize assets for performance.
• Help develop techniques and tools that improve the quality and efficiency of the environment art pipeline.
• Participate in critiques, reviews, knowledge sharing, and communication to support project goals and deadlines.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• An excellent portfolio with recent examples of environment art.
• Strong understanding of shape, form, and composition.
• Excellent proficiency with Maya, 3DS Max, or Blender.
• Excellent proficiency with Photoshop and Substance Painter.
• Proven ability to produce optimized 3D assets for games.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unreal Engine.
• Experience with large open-world games.
• Experience modeling hard-surface and foliage assets.
