Senior Analyst Treasury Cash Forecasting & Analysis (Kyriba)

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States; primary location Greenwood Village, Colorado. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $79,400.00-$112,175.00 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain the weekly cash forecast using validated sources and controlled outputs.
• Analyze actual results versus forecasts and budgets, identify cash-flow drivers, and prepare management-ready variance explanations.
• Enhance sensitivity and scenario analysis, including evaluation of required cash balances.
• Partner with Treasury leadership, Investments, Portfolio Management, Finance, and Accounting to improve forecast reliability and support financial strategies.
• Improve and automate cash forecasting through Power Automate, Power Query, AI, and other data and technology tools.
• Support Kyriba TMS activities, including actuals analysis, forecast model inputs, reporting, and ownership of budget code tagging rules; support the Corporate Treasurer with special projects, presentations, and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, plus 5-7+ years of work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of Kyriba TMS experience.
• Experience with financial statements and cash flow, including strong knowledge of accounting and interactions among the balance sheet, income statement, and cash and non-cash items.
• Financial modeling experience focused on data analytics, process automation, and technical problem-solving.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including use of data analytics and technology to automate processes, analyze large datasets, and improve reporting efficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to identify operational solutions and streamline processes under deadlines.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to quality-check work, identify improvements, and see the big picture.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, act as a self-starter, move between strategic thinking and in-depth analysis, and work with minimal supervision on short notice.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including SAP, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Query.
• Positive can-do attitude and demonstrated ability to leverage technology to create efficiencies.

Nice to have

• Experience in a complex life insurance or retirement recordkeeping environment.
• Experience with accounting systems such as SAP S/4HANA.
• Power Query and Power Automate skills.
