Data Analyst (Banking)

Location: Hybrid in Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw, Poland; 2–3 days per week from the office.

Rate: Up to 150 PLN/h net on a B2B contract.

What you will do

• Gather and analyse business requirements for Recovery data solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models and resilient data pipelines.
• Own deliveries end to end, from requirements and implementation through testing and production deployment.
• Build solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow, and integrate enterprise APIs and other data sources.
• Drive automation and apply CI/CD, automated testing, and modern engineering practices.
• Ensure the long-term maintainability, stability, and reliability of delivered solutions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Proven experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
• Strong data modelling skills and experience designing scalable, resilient data pipelines.
• Experience with API integrations and modern data architectures.
• Solid software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps ways of working.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliveries.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to provide a criminal record certificate.
