Senior Frontend Developer (TS/Vue.js)

Location: Fully remote within Poland; collaboration with a Warsaw-based team.

Rate: Up to 130 PLN/h net on a B2B basis.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and improve scalable frontend applications using TypeScript and Vue.js.
• Translate UX/UI designs and product requirements into responsive, accessible, and maintainable user experiences.
• Contribute to frontend architecture and communicate what can be built, scaled, and maintained.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, and search capabilities across the platform.
• Build MVPs, experiment with new approaches, and maintain a strong focus on quality and long-term maintainability.
• Support engineering quality through unit and end-to-end testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in frontend software development.
• Hands-on experience with Vue 3, TypeScript, Tailwind, Vite, Inertia.js, Vitest/Playwright, and Figma.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Vue.js, or a similar SPA framework such as React or Angular.
• Experience running workshops, fast prototyping, and working with Figma MCP.
• Experience in a regulated industry and with complex data, ideally early-stage pharma research; finance or banking experience may be transferable.
• Broad understanding of software development, including system architecture and coding for scale.
• Ability to explain technical possibilities and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Practical interest in experimentation and building MVPs; ability to work independently with ownership, openness to feedback, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
• BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to provide a criminal record certificate.

Nice to have

• Scientific background or experience working with scientific users.
• Experience building frontend applications for RAG or agentic AI systems.
• Python.
• Experience with one or more AWS services.
• Jest for unit testing.
• Playwright for end-to-end testing.
