What you will do
- Perform name screening and searches on prospective clients and existing customers.
- Check the quality of screening submissions and request additional information from Front Office when required.
- Review and document screening hits, escalating true and potential hits within the required timelines.
- Provide accurate and timely account-opening support and efficient enquiry handling for Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers.
- Support process improvement initiatives, new initiatives, ad hoc tasks, and user acceptance testing.
- Work with Compliance and other stakeholders while maintaining adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma.
- At least 1 year of relevant name-screening experience is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software and an aptitude for technology.
