Global Investigator (AI/Blockchain)

Location: Remote, APAC; EMEA-hours coverage required for shift handoffs. Formal weekly on-call rotation includes occasional weekend coverage.

What you will do

• Process inbound complaint data and validate outputs from the AI investigation platform.
• Route complaint dispositions into investigative pipelines leading to freezes, takedowns, recovery handoffs, legal-process drafts, victim notifications, or case closure.
• Validate hundreds of dispositions per week and identify false positives, merged syndicates, and misclassified scam patterns.
• Enrich complaint selectors using more than 40 commercial data-source integrations.
• Maintain accurate shift handoffs and coordinate with global colleagues to support near follow-the-sun coverage.
• Respond to complaint surges, live takedown events, hacks, law-enforcement support requests, and other time-sensitive matters during the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Investigative or analytical experience in the private or public sector; one to three years of experience is acceptable.
• Strong AI fluency, including daily use of AI tools and the judgment to identify when their outputs are incorrect.
• Willingness to deepen blockchain analysis skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, fluid environment with changing project scope and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work standard business hours in the local time zone and provide EMEA-hours coverage for operational handoffs.
