Lead / Expert, Ecosystem Growth (Web3)

What you will do

• Define and drive global growth strategies for Web3 products and ecosystem initiatives, supporting user adoption, ecosystem development, and sustainable business growth.
• Partner with Product, Business Development, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify priority market and ecosystem opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry participants, projects, technology providers, and ecosystem partners.
• Translate user needs and market trends into product positioning, user experience, and growth recommendations.
• Support go-to-market and growth initiatives for new products, markets, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Track RWA, asset digitization, and broader Web3 developments; use data and user insights to optimize initiatives and independently drive complex cross-regional projects.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across financial services, FinTech, internet, Crypto/Web3, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Relevant experience in Growth, Product Operations, Business Development, Partnerships, or Ecosystem roles.
• Strong product and user mindset, with the ability to translate user needs and market opportunities into growth strategies.
• Excellent commercial communication, partnership management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to independently drive complex initiatives in a global, multicultural, and fast-moving environment.
• Data-driven, results-oriented, and highly accountable.
• Fluent English and the ability to work effectively with global teams and external partners.
