Senior Consultant in HR and Change (AI)

Location: Hybrid, Boulevard de Waterloolaan 16, Brussels, Belgium; temporary assignments may take place throughout Belgium and abroad, including France.

What you will do

• Deliver change management activities for customer programs and projects, including communication, training, support plans, and digital or collaborative strategy definition.
• Support HR management and performance management, including HR function organization, CSR, and HR KPIs.
• Contribute to HR development initiatives covering recruitment, careers, and training.
• Manage and implement HR tools and information systems.
• Prepare social management studies, HR documents, and negotiation materials.
• Contribute to change management offer development, innovation analysis, business development, and commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• University Master’s degree in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
• 2–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team-player skills and good communication skills.
• Strong interest in HR and Change.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, results-oriented, rigorous, and committed working style.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise and help clients identify related opportunities.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English; Dutch is mandatory.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments throughout Belgium and abroad, including France.
