What you will do

• Develop a SharePoint-based collaborative HR platform for Business Evolutions.
• Create clear navigation, page structures, content flows, and document libraries for different stakeholder groups.
• Organise templates, FAQs, process guidance, and communication materials.
• Build practical toolkits for managers, HRBPs, employees, and the Job-to-Job team.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and propose improvements to the platform and materials.
• Prepare an improvement roadmap covering content, platform functionality, and stakeholder experience.

Requirements

• Current student available for a 3–6 month part-time internship, with flexibility based on university requirements.
• Study background in Human Resources, Communication, Business Management, Digital Transformation, Information Management, Organisational Psychology, or Business Engineering.
• Interest in stakeholder experience, HR change, digital collaboration, and employee experience.
• Strong written and visual communication skills with the ability to structure complex information.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and comfort working with different stakeholders.
• Interest in SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
