What you will do

• Develop a collaborative HR platform for Business Evolutions using SharePoint as the main environment.
• Improve stakeholder experience by making information easier to find, understand and use.
• Create navigation, page structures and content flows for different stakeholder groups.
• Organise templates, documents, FAQs, process guidance and communication materials.
• Build practical toolkits for managers, HRBPs, employees and the Job-to-Job team.
• Gather stakeholder input and feedback to improve the platform and materials.

Requirements

• Student interested in improving how people experience change.
• Structured, communicative and proactive approach with a hands-on mindset.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to structure complex information.
• Comfortable working with different stakeholders.
• Interest in stakeholder experience and change.
• Interest in SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Preferred study background in Human Resources, Communication, Business Management, Digital Transformation, Information Management, Organisational Psychology or Business Engineering.
