Focus on resolving transaction incidents, automating operational processes, coordinating with regulators and external parties, and maintaining reliable services in a 24/7 crypto environment.
Location: United Arab Emirates; remote-first work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do
- Oversee daily exchange wallet operations, including deposits, withdrawals, uptime, blockchain transaction monitoring, and resolution of delays or failures.
- Coordinate network upgrades, token events, and testing.
- Prepare monthly wallet balance and transaction reports for regulatory submission to FSRA.
- Monitor internal alerts, respond to incidents, and implement safeguards with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Review and optimize risk controls and operational processes, including simplification and automation.
- Work with Customer Support, internal departments, regulators, auditors, and other external parties to resolve user issues and support licensing and certifications.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, compliance, or a related role.
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies, including EVM, Polkadot, and Cosmos.
- Familiarity with on-chain analysis tools, DeFi protocols, and new blockchain projects.
- Familiarity with wallet infrastructure, including nodes, signing services, and custody models such as hardware wallets, MPC, HSM, KSM, and embedded custody.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make clear decisions using thorough impact analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment; passion and self-starter mindset.
