French Content Specialist (US)

Location: United States (Remote); working hours aligned with PST

Salary: $23/hour; duration: 12 months

What you will do

• Review, validate, and curate written publications and audio content using SOPs, checklists, and client guidelines.
• Check content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy, applying guideline-based corrections.
• Document content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing standards.
• Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead or SME with supporting evidence.
• Manage assigned queues to meet throughput, turnaround-time, and SLA requirements.
• Follow information security and confidentiality requirements, participate in meetings, calibration sessions, and training, and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

• Native-level or fully bilingual spoken and written French fluency with strong awareness of French markets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures and quality standards.
• Basic problem-solving skills, including issue identification, evidence gathering, and escalation.
• Strong time management and ability to meet productivity and quality expectations consistently.
• Comfort working with multiple tools and web platforms and learning new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and with web browsers.
• Comfort working with content that may be sensitive or offensive.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in content operations, content review, digital QA, or a similar field; preferred but not required depending on the role.
